Where do your exhibiting clients come from?

We have a diverse range of clients from around the world, and receive queries from the UK, USA, Europe, Russia, Canada and Australia to name a few. We are always happy to work with high-calibre institutions who have a real interest in recruiting students for their courses and programmes.

Where do you provide education fairs?

We currently provide fairs in Africa, Asia, CIS (Russia and former Soviet States), Europe and the Middle East. A current list of events provided at Studycentral can be found in the Events section found in the main menu.

Is Studycentral an agent recruiting students?

No. We are not involved with the application procedure of students. We do provide students with information about our clients on the Studycentral website.

Does Studycentral provide visa support documents?

In general we don't provide such documents.

I'm a student can Studycentral help me?

Yes! In the section for students found in the main menu you will find educational institutions who provide information regarding study opportunities at various levels and in many disciplines. You will find contact details of individuals who can help you find the right course for you.


Booking And Payment

Can I register my participation at an education fair?

In general the fairs we provide are aimed at education providers. Details of who we believe should attend can be found in the fair description. However, if you do have an interest to participate and are concerned about your eligibility to attend please contact us, as we may put your mind at easy.

How do I register my participation at an education fair?

Booking your participation is simple. Please select the "Book this fair now" red button which can be found at the top or bottom of each fair description for a booking form. The form should be completed and returned by fax on +44 (0)1686 630 720 or via e-mail to bookings@studycentral.co.uk. We will confirm your booking and all applicable discounts and e-mail any additional information once received.

Which payment methods are available to me?

We can accept payments via Bank Transfer or Cheque posted to Studycentral Ltd. The address can be found in the contact us section on this website. For those who require card payment facilities a notice can be sent via Paypal.


Fair Details

What is included in a fully equipped stand?

A fully equipped stand will include 3 sides of an exhibition shell or 2 if the stand is located on a corner. Present in the stand will be a table and chairs. Other items such as electricity supply, coat hooks and a waste bin may also be present although this depends on individual fairs. The stand will also have a fascia board with institution name printed upon it. The size, shape and location of the board may vary from fair to fair.

If you have any specific requirements you should mention these at the booking stage as it might be possible to cater for your needs.

When will you send me further details about the fair?

Most details relevant to a particular event will be available in the final month leading up to the date of the fair. We will always try and send this information as soon as available to help you with your preparations.


Catalogue/Guide Entries

Will I have an entry in the catalogue when I participate at a fair?

You will not always have an entry in the fair catalogue. Information regarding the fair catalogue can be found in the fair description. For some events you can pay to have a presence in the fair catalogue via a description of your institution/organisation or display page advert. In cases where there is a late booking there may not always be time to be listed in the catalogue.

Can I advertise in a fair catalogue and not participate?

In most cases if you are interested to advertise in a fair catalogue it is possible to do so. Please contact us with details of the fair you would like advertise at. You can also find some information in the "Fair Catalogue/Guide" section within the fair description.

What support can I expect when I book advertising?

If you have any questions about your advertising please let us know and we will be happy to help. When you book advertising we will send you out details of what is required to deliver your advert that is understandable by the person making it. We will ensure that the process is smooth and simple and will set realistic deadlines where possible. Times when this might not be possible is if your booking is made close to the publishing date, in which case we will let you know. Our aim is to ensure that our clients adverts are published to the highest standards where possible.


Hotel Accommodation

What type of hotel can I expect to stay at?

In general we select hotels with a minimum 3 star rating with most being 4 stars and occasionally 5 stars. The hotel provided will be within a short distance of the exhibition venue usually by foot although this can vary depending on the availability of an appropriate hotel.

Will breakfast be provided during my stay?

In general we do provide breakfast as part of your stay.
